Taxes and Import fees
Customs: Goods usually go through customs and you will have to pay import fees and if applicable taxes on receipt. At checkout taxes will be added in most states. The rules and regulations vary from country to country and state to state, so please contact your customs office for further details. Any unclaimed or undelivered packages will not be refunded. If a package is damaged during transit or undeliverable/unclaimed and returned, it is the responsibility of the customer to inform the shipping company and AG.
We are not able to exchange products. If you like to order another/different product you would need to return your product at your cost and place a new order. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, please contact is within five working days. All returns would have to be at the customers cost and we will provide a full refund when the goods are received in the original packaging and unused condition. Any associated shipping costs or fees are not refundable. On receipt of return, we shall process the refund as soon as possible. You will receive an email when your refund has been processed. Please retain your shipping note until you have received your refund.
We never share or sell your information to any third party. Your details are only used to contact you about your order or issues relating to AG. Your credit card information is never stored.
We design and manufacture our products by the finest artisans in Italy, with natural materials and carefully assemble them with durable material. In the unlikely event that problems occur as a result of production do contact us within one year. We can not be responsible for general wear and tear and any transformations that occur due to the nature of materials used. Please e-mail us with your order number and date of order (obligatory).
The warranty provided does not extend to leather scuffing, marked fabrics, loose stitching and general wear and tear from use. If you experience any problems do contact us and we will do our best.
We recommend you store your bags in the dustbag provided. For normal cleaning just dust leather with a clean, soft dry cloth. Do not dry the leather in the sunlight or with a hairdryer. Do not use detergents that are not specific for leather, as they can damage the surface causing it to crack and fade. To keep colours bright, do not expose the leather to direct sunlight.
MATERIALS AND COLOUR OF GOODS
We do our best to display the colours of our goods as accurately as possible on the website. The actual colours you see will depend on your screen so we can't guarantee that your screen will accurately reflect the colour of our product on delivery. Leather is a natural material and the colour, shades and depth can vary. The colour of the leather will appear differently depending on which light you look at the leather under. The beautiful quality is the depth of colour and will develop a rich patina over time and the more you use it, will soften.
When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct,as we are unable to redirect packages once an order has been processed.
We ship our products worldwide to most destinations everyday from the United Kingdom with DHL and UPS. We are able to ship to Russia with UPS but only to a business address. You can order with confidence, safe in the knowledge that your goods will reach you as quick as possible. In the unfortunate event that your preferred item is out of stock you will be notified and could wait up to three weeks before shipping.
